If you purchased a Terry Naturally product from a health food store, the quickest and easiest way to receive your refund is to return it to the place of purchase.

To receive a refund check from us, you must include the original purchase receipt with your product return. This is considered the Proof of Purchase. The refund check is for the purchase price of the product only. Any applicable taxes that were collected with your original purchase from the health food store are not refundable by us, as we did not collect the taxes. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
