Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.

How to Claim the Guarantee

You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of your product or its packaging, mail your product to us at your cost, or provide other information to assist Terry Naturally in processing your request. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase.

Guarantee Guidelines
We reserve the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Terry Naturally concludes that the purchaser has abused the Guarantee. Terry Naturally may amend or terminate the Guarantee at any time without notice.

Return Policy for Purchases Made at TerryNaturallyVitamins.com

Please click here to contact us prior to returning any product. All returns must include the unused product along with a copy of your original invoice. Credit will be made to the original form of payment. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

NOTE: Any orders returned to us as 'undeliverable' or 'refused' will be refunded to the original form of payment, less any shipping charges incurred and any return postage fees.

Return Policy for Purchases Made at a Health Food Store

If you purchased a Terry Naturally product from a health food store, the quickest and easiest way to receive your refund is to return it to the place of purchase.

Should you choose to return the Terry Naturally product directly to us, the manufacturer, please click here to contact us prior to returning any product.

To receive a refund check from us, you must include the original purchase receipt with your product return. This is considered the Proof of Purchase. The refund check is for the purchase price of the product only. Any applicable taxes that were collected with your original purchase from the health food store are not refundable by us, as we did not collect the taxes. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
