Our goal is to ship your order immediately and completely. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (Monday - Friday). Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. You will be contacted by email if the item has become discontinued or is long term out of stock. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Standard Shipping — FREE
Your package will be shipped for FREE regardless of dollar amount or size, unless it weighs over 25 pounds, in which case a surcharge may apply. UPS is our primary standard service carrier for all orders, please only use a valid street address as your shipping destination. Please allow up to seven business days from ship date for delivery when choosing Standard Shipping. Not available for international orders. Please note that we ship Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.
Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories — $18.95
For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Mariana Islands, Palau and the Virgin Islands, please allow up to 10 business days from the date of shipment for delivery. (Note: Remote locations in Alaska may take longer than 10 business days due to varying delivery schedules in the area.)
2nd Day Air — $18.95
Please allow two business days to receive your package when choosing this option. Orders received after 12:00 pm central time will ship the following business day. 2nd Day Air shipments release Monday through Friday. Not available outside the contiguous 48 states. Orders that include more than 6 units of one item number are not eligible for the 2nd Day Air option.
Next Day Air — $26.95
You should receive your package the very next business day when choosing this option. Orders received after 12:00 pm central time will ship the following business day. Next Day Air shipments release Monday through Friday. Friday shipments will arrive Monday. Not available outside the contiguous 48 states. Orders that include more than 6 units of one item number are not eligible for the Next Day Air option.

Customers are responsible for any customs charges or taxes imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for any delays this may cause.
We request that you contact your customs office, and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. It is important for you to become familiar with the Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us. Please check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are going to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.
Please Note: If your order is returned to us due to banned / restricted products, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept order, or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card as follows:
You will be refunded the total amount of the order minus the shipping charge and 20 percent of the value of the order as a re-stocking fee. We will also subtract any other outside charges we have incurred during shipping, such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc.
If the cost to return the product to us is larger than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order and there will be no credit for the order. If the product(s) is seized by customs there will be no credit processed for the product(s).
