Do you save my credit card information on the site?
For your security, your credit card information is only kept on file within your own online Terry Naturally Vitamins account (My Account) unless you choose not to save this information for future purchases or if you check out as a guest.

I entered my credit/debit card information at checkout, but I keep getting an error.
We accept debit and credit cards. If the site is not accepting your card you may want to review the following:

1. Does the information on your credit card match exactly the billing information (name and address) that you entered at the start of the checkout process?
2. Did you miss a number when entering your credit card information?
3. Does your bank have a limit on what you can charge before it flags and refuses your transaction?
4. Does your bank have extra fraud protection? You will need to call them to remove it for your order.
   
   

I called your customer service line, but they can’t help me with my PayPal account. Why?
Terry Naturally Vitamins representatives are unable to view your PayPal account information because they are third party payment tool. This is a measure to keep your information safe and secure.

Why does my PayPal account/confirmation email show a different authorized charge than my Terry Naturally Vitamins order confirmation email?
Your PayPal order total might be different from your Terry Naturally Vitamins confirmation email because PayPal has not yet applied any discounts or promotional offers. Please refer to your Terry Naturally Vitamins confirmation email for your correct order total.
