Many many years ago I have taken this product and started taking it again for my sciatic nerve… I had a treatment done with the tens machine hooked up to needling .. Which left my hamstrings and glutes or tight for weeks on end getting back to normal after almost 3 months I just ordered the 90 count and starting again but from my past when I use this it was an excellent product my friend told me to order it again which I did when something works and isn't an over the counter medication I don't take them because they can do more harm than heal I can tell you I started taking it today and going to see how this is 10 days but I'm sure it will be 100% this product has never failed me in the past
